Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings
1 TB Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray thoroughly with cooking spray (like a lot).
Use paper towel to dry each piece and put in large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the baking powder and spices. Add to the large bowl and toss thoroughly until wings are coated.
Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, flip the wings over and return to the oven. Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and toss with your favorite sauce.
Notes:
For Buffalo sauce, I usually mix 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's) with 1/4 cup melted butter and a dollop of honey.
For BBQ wings, toss with your favorite bbq sauce.
We serve with Ranch and veggies. Our favorite way to make the Ranch is one packet seasoning with 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3/4 cup sour cream, and half cup of milk.
