The Best Garlic Bread
Easy and delicious garlic bread
SHOW IN HOMEPAGESIDE DISH
Ingredients:
1 Loaf French or Italian Bread (in my opinion, the crustier the better)
1 Stick of Softened Butter
A couple TB of Olive Oil
4-6 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
About ½ Cup* of Parmesan, doesn’t matter if shredded, grated, etc.
About ½ Cup* Italian Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
Preheat broiler on High setting.
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil.
Slice your loaf of bread lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix together your Butter, Olive Oil, Garlic, Parmesan, and Parsley.
Spread the mixture generously along both lengths of Bread.
Place the bread on the baking sheet and broil for 3-4 minutes until it’s bubbly and starting to brown. Broilers have a pretty wide range of cooking time, so keep a close eye on it.
*I don’t measure anything in this, but I’m thinking “a handful” will roughly translate to ½ cup.
